Havstrom Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") develops MiniKids Ultimate ("the App"), an educational game application designed for children aged 1 to 6. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and their families. This policy explains how the App handles information and complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and other applicable privacy regulations.

1. Information We Collect

We do not collect any personal information. The App does not require user accounts, registration, email addresses, names, or any other personally identifiable information. There is no login, no cloud sync, and no server-side data storage.

2. Local Storage

The App stores a small set of preferences and progress data locally on the device using AsyncStorage. This data never leaves the device and includes:

• Selected language and age group
• Game progress such as earned trophies and coloring completion
• Settings preferences (sound mute, introduction seen flags)
• Premium purchase status

This data is stored only on the user's device and is not transmitted to us or any third party. Parents can reset all progress data from the parent settings area within the App.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

The App is designed for and directed at children under 13 years of age. In compliance with COPPA:

• We do not collect, use, or disclose personal information from children.
• We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising SDKs.
• We do not display advertisements of any kind.
• The App does not contain links to third-party websites or services accessible to children.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock premium games. All purchasing functionality is located behind a parent gate (a long-press interaction designed to prevent accidental purchases by children). In-app purchases are processed by the device platform's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective privacy policies. We do not receive or store any payment information.

5. Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. No data is shared with third parties.

6. Parental Controls

The App includes a parent gate that requires a deliberate long-press action to access settings. Through the parent settings area, parents or guardians can:

• Select the child's age group to tailor content
• Change the App language
• Toggle introduction screens and sound effects
• Manage in-app purchases
• Reset all game progress

7. Data Security

Since all data remains on the device and no personal information is collected, there is no risk of data breaches from our side. Local data is protected by the device's own security measures.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date. We encourage parents and guardians to review this policy periodically.
